Capital XIX, LLC, the general partner of Fund I and is headquartered in an ideal location of Wilmington, NC. In 2022, North Carolina ranked second in the nation in the rate of small business employment growth[1] and Wilmington, NC ranked as the No. 1 city in the U.S. with a higher percentage of people moving into the city than out of it.[2] At the helm of Capital XIX are two experienced Managers, Jason DeRosier and Chris Rupp, who bring industry knowledge and strategic partnerships to the table. By leveraging their expertise, Fund I aims to generate strong returns for investors.With a proven track record of success, Jason and Chris have already established themselves in the hospitality industry. Fund I aims to institutionalize their approach, allowing investors access to a portfolio of growth assets that are carefully selected to deliver strong financial returns.

Investment Thesis

Investments

Investments in any single portfolio company will not exceed the greater of $500,000 or 10% of Fund I's total capital commitments.

Size

The General Partner expects the average investment size (including follow on investments) to be $250,000.

Fund I will invest in a diversified mix of equity and debt opportunities.

Follow-Up

Fund I may elect to participate in the follow-up rounds for portfolio companies.
