Fund I is a Delaware limited partnership established by Capital XIX, LLC to make investments in high growth restaurant concepts and hospitality companies. The principals of the General Partner have developed an investment strategy that revolves around creating a diversified portfolio of assets that including already successful restaurant brands, Seared Chophouse, Nash Hot Chicken, Tacoish, and Angus Grill, along with new concepts and expansion opportunities. Fund I is seeking capital commitments of up to $5 million.
